Director of Outdoor Pursuits Job at MOUNTAINTOP GOLF AND LAKE CLUB INC
Mountaintop Golf & Lake Club is seeking our next Director of Outdoor Pursuits. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor activities and will bring a wealth of knowledge to our team. Reporting directly to the GM/CEO this key leader is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the department including kids camp, pool, tennis court, activity center, croquet, pickleball, playground, dog park, volleyball court, shooting club, lake club and lake club landing. Responsible for overseeing and ensuring successful outdoor pursuits special events throughout the season. Experience facilitating groups of adults and children with outdoor activities is imperative. Local knowledge of outdoor recreation activities highly preferred. Develops departmental budget and manages it throughout the year to make sure key metrics and budgets are met. Personally, conducts outdoor excursions and outdoor activities for members and guests. Provides coaching and leadership to direct reports and the entire Outdoor Pursuits team.
