Job Summary:

• You will manages and coordinates administrative and clinical services for the DeKalb Orthopedics office site.
• You will lead and direct the work of others by establishing work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness in an office.
• You will supervises medical, nursing and clerical staff to ensure quality patient care.
• You will rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• At least 5 years of practice management experience or experience in a related area
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
• Interpersonal skills to successfully interact with patient, guest, physicians, and other employees
