• Typically requires a high school diploma and 0 to 2 years of experience. • Performs work under direct supervision. • Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. • Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter. • Ability to understand and follow directions. • Ability to multi-task and prioritize. • Ability to lift/move heavy objects. • Ability to stand for long periods of time. JOB DUTIES & FUNCTIONS:
• Operates dishwasher or hand washes to clean dishes, silverware, glassware, and pots and pans. • Organizes and distributes cleaned and dried items. • Cleans cooking or food storage areas. • Appropriately disposes of trash, including cooked or raw food items
