The community includes 84 units, a combination of one bedroom and studio apartments. 20 units are Memory Care and the rest are traditional Assisted Living. We have a bistro, a salon/spa, a fitness center and a rooftop terrace!

Schedule:
Full-Time & Part-Time: Day shift and Evening shift: Monday to Fridays and/or Weekends
Hourly Rate: $15.00
Mary Wade is looking for Dishwashers to maintain the kitchen and dining areas in a clean and orderly condition. Washes, cleans, sanitized and stores all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other equipment used in kitchen and dining room areas.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere.
- Maintain kitchen in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all times.
- Wash and store all dishes and equipment in accordance with policy and procedures.
- Keep floors clean (sweeping, mopping, washing) and empty trash.
- Assist with the putting the food order away and stored appropriately.
- Assist chefs and servers as assigned.
- Adhere to cleaning schedules.
- Adhere to standard food safety practices.
- Communicate resident likes and dislikes to Executive Chef for menu planning purposes and resident satisfaction.
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience preferred; experience in Assisted Living a plus.
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 15lbs and be able to carry objects.
- This is primarily a standing position where an employee may be required to stand in one place for extended periods of time. They also will be exposed to extreme heat and cold temperatures
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
- Must be able to push and pull carts, and continuously walk, sit and stand.
- Able to resolve problems of dissatisfied customers and/or associates
- Able to build positive and strong relationships with associates, coworkers and residents.
- Focused and dedicated to provide excellent customer service
- Able to handle multiple jobs and priorities
- Must be able to turn, crouch, kneel, stoop, bend below waist, and reach above shoulder height as tasks dictate.
