Futures is seeking a full-time dishwasher/receiver to join our team. Our dishwashers are critical players in making sure our kitchen operations are top-notch, and ultimately, delivering an exceptional resident dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness
- Responsible for the opening, set-up and operation of dishwashing machine, the sink pot scrub station and all ware washing set-up
- Must sweep and mop kitchen floors, walk-ins, storerooms, employee break room and kitchen office, etc. as directed
- Removes trash and garbage to dumpster area
- Cleans trash cans and trash receptacles
- Receive and put away all orders, as directed
- Ensure FIFO procedures and organization of refrigerators, dry storage, and chemical room
- Assist with an prep, as needed
Characteristics and Qualifications:
- Team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
