- Wash dishes, pots, glassware, flatware using mechanical dishwasher and by hand.
- Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas and/or cooking line.
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pick up areas.
- Empty and clean rubbish cans with water and detergent.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to communicate clearly with co-workers and management
- Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations and fast paced environment
- Ability to identify and correct employee safety
- Safely handle and operate all required equipment, appliances and tools
Physical Requirements:
- Stand, walk, use hands, fingers, reach and lift carry 11-20 lbs - Constantly
- Climb, squat, kneel and bend - Frequently
- Reach above shoulder, lift, carry, push and pull 21-50 lbs - Occasionally
