Dishwasher/Prep Cook Job at The Villages of Citrus Hills
- Maintain a clean kitchen and sparkling dishware
- Participate in daily kitchen and food prep
- Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- Run dishes and silverware through dish machine following proper procedures.
- Clean and maintain certain equipment and areas as designated by management.
- Keep a sufficient supply of china, silverware, trays, cups, and glasses during service periods.
- Sweep and mop the dish room floor at the end of each day, and empty the mop bucket.
- Maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed.
- Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.
- Standing and/or walking - 100% of time.
- Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. and frequently lifting up to 30 lbs.
Must live within a commutable distance to Citrus County.
