We are looking for great Dispatch and Logistic Coordinator to join logistic team at Houston.

Responsibilities

A. BEFORE SALES: DELIVERY QUOTES

• Providing quotes with email follow-up to salespersons and showroom managers. Always get several quotes. Options to different warehouses: New Jersey, Miami, Montreal, Los Angeles, San Francisco.
• White glove deliveries and curbside deliveries options

B. CONTAINERS

• Receiving containers in our system
• Print out the labels and help warehouse team to tag boxes

C. DISPATCH

• Once the sales teams collect the balances:
• For Houston and Dallas: call the clients, schedule the delivery and update the shared calendar
• For Atlanta: forward information needed by 3rd party delivery companies so they can schedule the delivery
• Help in allocating Quickship pieces

D. DELIVERIES

• Handle the daily routes of our truck
• Schedule 3rd parties for pick up, transfers and deliveries
• Validate deliveries in our system

E. INVENTORY

• Scanning and reconciling inventory twice a year

Qualifications

• Degree and/or 1 year experience in Supply chain / Logistics preferred
• Highly motivated and detailed follow through
• Good organizational abilities
• Effective problem solving
• Good teamwork as well as ability to work independently as instructed
• Serious and dedicated at work
• Ability to work with Excel, PowerPoint and good computer skills
