Best Home Services is looking to add Dispatchers to our GROWING TEAM!
The successful candidate will be a self-starter and have a goal oriented mindset. This position handles getting technicians out to customer's homes quickly and efficiently along with scheduling appointments.

Essential functions of the position:
- Ability to work as a team
- Daily outbound and inbound calls
- Schedule appointments
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our internal customers and our external customers
- Drive revenue and help meet the market goal
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years customer service experience
Dispatch experience preferred but not required
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
Must be able to prioritize tasks
Service Titan experience is a plus!
