We are seeking a
Full-Time DISPATCHER for our
Eagan, MN terminal.
Shift: Monday-Friday (4:00pm-2:00am)
Pay: $24.00/hr
Job Responsibilities
This position would be responsible for coordinating the pick-up and delivery of freight on an accurate and timely basis. Duties will include: develop and update driver dispatch schedule daily, communicate dispatch instructions to drivers, effectively manage driver deliveries and wait times, monitor driver compliance with DOT hours of service regulations, and communicate with customers regarding delivery and pick-up times. Other duties may be assigned as necessary. You would also be scheduling appointments as needed.

Successful applicants will have many or all of the following:
- Prior dispatch experience
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, verbal & written communications skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems
- Strong work ethic with an approach of high quality service
- Ability to manage stressful situations and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of DOT regulations is a plus
