Dispatcher/Book Loads Job at Star Galaxy Trucking LLC
- Dispatch truck drivers / keep track of them
- Be able to book loads through DAT load boards
- Be able to call and negotiate prices for loads
- Keep up with drivers on the road - making sure they're all set
- Organizing paperwork and keeping track of loads
- Inputing information on Excel
Must be able to negotiate, organize, take calls, be present and book loads. It's constant phone calls coming in or being made. Must be patient and understanding, diligent and calm.
- Some calls MUST be handled outside of work hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday

- Melvindale, MI 48122: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
