Raytheon is seeking an Air Force Distributed Common Ground Station (DCGS) Liaison who will support the Distributed Common Ground Station (DCGS) Ground Field Support (DGFS) Program. The position is located at Hickam AFB Hawaii.

The AF DCGS Liaison will be responsible for daily interface and coordination between the Government/Military personnel at DGS-5, Hickam AFB HI, and the AF DCGS Sustainment organization at AFLCMC/HBG, Robins AFB Georgia. The position also includes supporting the Distributed Mission Site (DMS-HI) in Hawaii, and the Air National Guard Site (remote support) located in Indiana (DGS-IN). The successful candidate must have at least 8+ years of experience with AF DCGS and meet or exceed the required skills identified below. Candidate will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement with the Government and will be required to comply with Raytheon policies and processes to avoid Organizational Conflict of Interests (OCI) issues.

Specific tasks for the AF DCGS Liaison include the following-

• Keeping AFLCMC/HBG apprised of all site sustainment issues within their assigned sites Area of Responsibility
• Attend meetings as directed by AFLCMC/HBG representative or as an adjunct to HBG personnel if cost/time constraints prevent direct representation.
• Answering sustainment and process questions posed by the supported units on behalf of HBG.
• Answering local logistics questions in concert with HBG philosophy. Representing HBG to ensure adequate and timely logistics support for all HBG supported activities.
• Coordinating/Assisting with HBG configuration management and Item Managers (IM) on integration and sustainment efforts.
• Ensuring HBG is kept aware of pertinent site issues.
• Help resolve HBG Site support contractor issues at the lowest possible level.
• Coordinate site visits from HBG sponsored teams, site surveys and maintenance support teams as requested
• Ensuring HBG plans, policies and procedures are plainly articulated to and understood by supported organizations.
• Coordinating with IM and Equipment Specialists (ES) to provide direct supply assistance for newly fielded systems during integration and testing phases. Assisting site supply personnel with correcting supply related issues.
• Researching on-site technical/informational issues for HBG Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and IPT members.
• Respond to and accomplish all special projects and tasking as directed by HBG Leadership.
• Coordinating with unit Supply personnel and/or Transportation Management Office and working with HBG IMs/ES to ensure expeditious delivery of TCTO kits and return of repairable assets to the proper facility.
• Coordinating with maintenance and supply technicians to assist HBG in adding/changing spares and equipment authorizations as required.
• Attending conferences and other meetings as directed. Assist with action items resulting from these venues as assigned.
• Assisting sites with questions on Deficiency Reports (DR), Serena Trouble ticketing processes and acquisition/maintenance of technical data.

Requirements:

• 8+ Years of experience with Air Force DCGS, to include either technical field support, program or engineering management support, or liaison support
• Current and active Top Secret/SCI clearance
• Experience with Integration and/or Sustainment of AF DCGS systems.
• Experience working with Senior Military leadership in a military environment.
• Experience building strong, successful customer relationships
• Strong written and oral presentation skills
• Ability to work independently, responding to Government direction and requirements with little direct intervention from company management.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge/Experience in working with Air Force Supply systems
• Knowledge/Experience in working with Air Force Logistics Management Support System (ALMSS)
• Knowledge/Experience in working with AFLCMC Acquisition Category (ACAT) teams
• Knowledge/Experience in working with AFLCMC/C2ISR/HBG Directorate processes
• Knowledge/Experience in working with C2ISR contracts
• Requires advanced to expert knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
• May have broad knowledge of project management. Requires substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems in order to provide enhancements within job area.

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 8 years experience Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a Minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
