District Manager - Bilingual Job at Optimum Wireless

Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the day to day sales and operations of 10 AT&T Authorized Retail locations
- Recruiting, hiring, and training for all locations
- Sales, People, and Performance management
- Operational excellence of all locations
- New store set up
- Delivering an exceptional Employee & Customer experience
- KPI management across all AT&T products & services
- Coordinating, conducting, and execution of sales initiatives, meetings, & trainings
- Fostering a healthy relationship with AT&T corporate executives
- Outside sales & events
- Team Building
Requirements:
- At least 2 years Retail Wireless Management experience
- Familiar with geographic region of the district preferred
- The ability to multitask.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, networking, and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work at multiple locations within a district (territory may include several zip codes)
Reports to:
Vice President of Sales
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
