Role - BOH/Fryer

Mix, fry, shape, prepare and finish fresh made in-store bakery products while you assist with topping/decorating the donuts. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation requirements and you actively participate with cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas, tools and equipment. Not only are you a fryer, you will also assist in other responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

● Able to lift 50-60 lbs

● General kitchen knowledge

● Dough preparation

● Using Mixer, Fryer, and Depositor

● Donut Frying

● Dish washing

● Assist in donut topping

● Able to filter out the oil

● Maintaining a clean operations

● Ability to work in fast paced-work environment

● Repetitive motion and standing for long periods

We started our unique specialty donut company just a year ago and the demand has been high! We stand by our quality mochi donuts and excellent customer service. Our aim is to brighten people's days one donut at a time.

We're growing at a fast pace and there is opportunity to grow with the company if interested.

We can be flexible with scheduling.

Available work hours for Dochi Tukwila are:
7am -6pm, 7 days a week.
Full time: 32-40 hours a week
Part time:15- 30 hours a week
