• Local - within 10 miles of Havertown, PA
• Computer Skills
• Customer Service Oriented
• Full Time = approximately 36 hours per week.
• No Major Holidays - No Weekends// Availability necessary from 9am thru 7pm

• Phone Skills
• Scheduling & Confirming Appointments
• Contact with Insurance Companies
• Using Web based Insurance Carrier Look Up & Referral Systems (training provided)
• Computerized Office Management \ PayDC EMR -
• Setting up and Assisting Patients with some Therapies (training provided)
• Miscellaneous tasks such as: Filing, light office cleaning, copy \ fax, errands as needed, etc
