As the Document Management Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and store sensitive documents, shop drawings, and engineering information.

Responsibilities

  • Perform filing duties, which may include purging and archiving old documents
  • Provide administrative assistance when needed
  • Scan documents
  • Organize the file room
  • Make corrections to scanned images if needed
  • Support internal and external audit activities, as required, to ensure that auditors are provided with the necessary information to complete their audits
  • Open, sort, and stamp incoming mail, and mail out as needed
  • Maintain electronically transmitted supplier s credits/invoices
  • Adhere to internal standards, policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification:

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • At least 2-5 years of Data Entry environment
  • Knowledge of standard Document Management concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word is required
  • Possess excellent writing skills such as spelling, punctuation and sentence structure
