Schedule
Day shift-
7:00am -3:30pm Monday -Friday
Key Purpose
A mailroom driver performs tasks associated with moving mail, packages, and goods from one place to another. The driver will load trucks, unload trucks, and may be asked to assist other departments/tasks in supporting ISS in caring for our client. The mailroom driver may be responsible for inspecting vehicle before/after use and participating in training sessions for license & certification(s) renewal(s). Support for our client and working as a team are an essential and/or substantial part of the workday.
Success Criteria
- Arrive on time every day, ready to support the team and customers
- Inspect all received packages according to safety standards
- Load truck per assigned delivery schedule
- Receive daily deliveries from UPS, FedEx Express, FedEx Ground. As well as any other courier drop offs. Supply inventory management
- Check inbound packages into Web Based Tracking System
- Sort and separate packages by assigned building
- Receive, check in, and document incoming Pallet Shipments
- Always keep Loading dock and receiving area clean and organized
- Delivery of packages/materials/mail
- Assist with package/mail distributions and collections
- Drive truck to deliver mail/packages/product to appropriate campus(es) as assigned.

- Communicate effectively with colleagues within the Business Unit and across the company so that information is disseminated effectively and participate in project groups and meetings as required
- Collaborate with own team members with the goal of supporting the customer

- Realize the importance of a team working environment.
- Must be able to work in hot and cold environments
Ideal Candidate Experience
- Valid state driver's license
- Must be 18 or older
- Clean and safe DMV driving record
- Ability to operate in high speed and fast-paced environment
- Must comply with all company and government safety regulations and procedures. Hold yourself and your co-workers accountable for performing work safely.

- High School diploma or equivalent, 1+ years of experience in a relevant field preferred: Dock or shipping/receiving or Mail center
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office functions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of basic mathematics and general office practices.
- Ability to determine work priorities.
Key Accountabilities
- Moving controls, devices, and levers to drive forklifts of industry to transfer materials between unloading, processing, loading, and storage areas.
- Organizing and securing stored materials such as bales, super sacks, boxes, pallets.
- Loading or unloading materials manually, off, or on to pallets, platforms, skids, or lifting devises.
- Performing routine post and pre inspections to ensure suitable working nature or forklift equipment.
- Weighing products or materials and recording weight and further production information on labels and tags.
- Wrapping material loads with a wrapper and making clean the warehouse premises.
- Performs related work as assigned.

- This position requires the use of a forklift. Forklift equipment may require a driver to sit or stand for extended periods of time, depending on circumstances
