DRIVER - PATIENT TRANSPORTATION - HARVEST FAMILY HEALTH CENTER
This position supports the Mission, Values and Vision of Carolina Family Health Centers, Inc. (CFHC, Inc.). This position is part of the Patient Transportation services offered through the Outreach and Enrollment department. The Driver-Patient Transportation will provide transportation services, within any of our clinics for patients with medical and dental visits.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- One year of similar experience.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Must demonstrate a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, obey laws and safety regulations to ensure patient's safety.
- Must have flexibility with schedule and the ability to work nights and weekends, occasionally.
- Basic computer skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Majority of the time spent sitting, occasional bending, stooping, and computer use. May require walking primarily on a level surface for periods throughout the day.
As a Medicaid/Medicare facility, Carolina Family Health Centers must comply with the Federal COVID-19 vaccination mandates. Therefore, as of January 27, 2022, new and existing employees to have received, at a minimum, the first dose of the primary series (Moderna or Pfizer) or a single dose COVID-19 vaccine (Janssen), have requested a lawful exemption, or been granted a lawful exemption.
