Job Description:
Averhealth is currently looking for a Female Drug Screening Representative for our Harlan and Bell County, Kentucky testing locations . This position is part-time working under 20 hours per week.
This is an entry-level position and is a great way to gain skills to start a career in the criminal justice, medical, addiction services, law enforcement, or emergency services fields. Additionally, this is a great opportunity for you as you will be working with those struggling with addiction.
This person MUST be available to be on call 7 days per week and primarily working (2) days per week, Monday through Sunday, in Harlan from 7:45 AM - 10 AM (EST), and working (2) days per week, Monday through Sunday in Bell County from 8 AM - 11:15 AM (EST). Variable days due to random testing needs. As a Drug Screening Technician, you will be working in a Patient Care Center performing an observed collection of urine samples from our patients. You will be responsible for checking in patients, performing the observed collection, shipping the samples to our lab, ensuring that the center remains clean and that our patients are served with respect and dignity.
Starting Pay: $14.00 per hour + $75 bi-weekly attendance bonus

Physical and Sensory Requirements:
- Must have the following mobility: walking, climbing, sitting, standing, reaching, bending, lifting (minimum of 10 lbs), carrying, pushing, pulling, proficient eye-hand coordination
- Must be able to read, write, listen and speak clearly, understand and follow written and verbal instructions and direction
- Must be able to drive a vehicle and travel
- Must be able to remain calm under pressure
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to use computer, monitor, cell phone, mouse and keyboard extensively as well as other general office equipment.
