We're searching for Customer Service Specialists to provide customer service support to our clients, employees, and the general public in the Spokane office. If you're a multi-tasker with excellent problem-resolution skills, possess strong communication skills, and can meet everyday expectations of our office with a positive, upbeat attitude – this is an excellent opportunity for you!

You'll have an opportunity to:


  • Act as a liaison between staff, clients, and agency; solve complaints, inquiries, and customer service problems
  • Coordinate building and office meeting room space; maintain calendars and post for the region
  • Guide potential clients seeking services or assistance involved in applying for agency services
  • Collaborate with staff to implement problem resolutions and communicate results to the client
  • Formulate numerical data from the information provided and prepare numerical summaries, organizational charts, and graphs
  • Compare data from various sources to identify trends, differences, and similarities
  • Review reports for accuracy
  • Provide administrative tasks for client case files
  • Collaborate with external agencies to ensure service delivery for individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities

What we're looking for:
  • Ability to demonstrate professionalism and sensitivity to cultural diversity
  • Experience using data management systems
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems
  • Ability to effectively communicate information both orally and in writing Excellent customer service skills
  • Organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others
  • Experience in managing competing priorities
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other computer programs
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment and handle multiple urgent issues at the same time

Who should apply?

Professionals with an associate's degree and two years of experience providing assistance to customers regarding inquiries, complaints, or problems; OR a bachelor's degree; OR equivalent clerical experience providing assistance to customers regarding inquiries, complaints, or problems.
