The starting salary can be up to $70,000-$80,000 and will be tied to the applicant’s experience and ability. This position offers flexible scheduling, overtime pay, and training opportunities for learning and growth in our company!

YOUR ROLE ON THE TEAM: If you have supervisory experience and are looking for a fun and welcoming environment to advance your hospitality career, this position is for YOU! Our Managers assist in day-to-day operations by directing and coordinating activities and systems to ensure that T S policies are followed, and standards are met. We rely on our Managers to provide T S level of quality and service to our employees and guests while upholding, embodying, and teaching the T S Mission and Values.

PREFERRED / REQUIRED SKILLS:

• At least three years of restaurant experience
• Record of leadership or supervisory role like Lead Server/Greeter, Trainer, or Management.

• Must take and pass all training tests 95% or higher
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• California RBS Certification and Manager ServSafe Certification
