This position is located in Truckee, CA.

What you'll do:
The Ecommerce Manager provides excellent customer service to Ecommerce customers and order processing support to the Ecommerce team. The initial focus of this role is order processing, inventory control, maintaining price control, and customer service. purchase orders.

Responsibilities Include:

• Allocation of Ecommerce orders to our brick-and-mortar stores
• Accurately picking items, packaging, and shipping from our warehouse
• Accepting and inspecting returns at the warehouse and initiating refunds

To be considered, you should:

• Have a High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year experience with E-comm
• Experience with Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills is a must.
• Previous point of sale and inventory control systems experience preferred
• Highly organized, detail oriented and able to work independently
