THIS IS A PLAYER/COACH ROLE - EXPERIENCED VOLUME B2C ONLY - NOT A DESK JOB

Leader, motivator, enabler. promoter and chief cheerleader for our floor team, focused on production and developing a team that is compensated based on output. You'll jump in to any area needing capacity or be alongside any team member needing to see how to get to the next level.

Manager who recognizes all shipping and recieving associates perform best when the see others achieve the target..........you'll provide that example. They respond to continous feedback and metrics that are onjective and transparent......you'll present and review these to them daily to help them develop. And people who are a fit for a team that demands hard work and focus, need to celebrate when milestones are met.........you'll lead that celebration.

Our floor team handles the following tasks:

• B2C Fulfillment- Picking, Packing, Shipping, and Returns
• Inventory- Purchase through Receipt and Cycle Counting
• Retail Store Support- Replenishment, transfers, and new displays
• Facility management- maintenance/repairs, layout, improvements
• Event coordination for boat shows and offsite events

Again, player/coach and not a desk job. You'll get your hands dirty every day and deal with all sort of personalities. Role requires a high-energy, multi-tasker who is very organized and embraces metrics to measure performance and progress. Must be highly computer fluent and capable with Excel, shipping, and purchasing systems.

Additional hours during Boat Shows, Holiday, Store Events, and when training and evaluating direct reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
