Job Title: Ecom Customer Service Rep

Hours: 8:00 - 4:30pm EST training schedule/7:00 - 3:30pm CST, or 9:00 - 6:00pm EST FLEXIBLE schedule

Location: Fully remote

Compensation: $19-$21/hr, based on experience

Job Description:

With supporting e-commerce, will work w/ the web orders that come in (working with customers to help them access the website). Answering emails, chats, phone calls with online orders. Having strong work ethic and focusing on excellent customer service is a must. Self discipline with working at a clean, productive at-home office is needed.

Ecom Customer Service Rep involves working in dynamic and fast-paced team environment. In this role you will receive training and on-going coaching to enable you to deliver a better customer experience. You will interact daily with our customers via phone or email, identifying the reason for the inquiry and either providing direct assistance or involving the appropriate support team. The opportunity for growth exists for employees who demonstrate the ability and aspiration to take on roles of increased responsibility and complexity.

Who you are:
Basic Qualifications:

  • High School dipolma or GED equivilent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Positive, friendly, takes pride in work, and eager to learn.
  • Respectful, honest, humble and willing to embrace challenges. Be a great mulitasker.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and adaptability is a must.
  • Organized, with the ability to prioritize incoming tasks.

Job Duties/Responsibilties:

  • Fulfill customers’ needs and solve problems which arise
  • Support customers with product and application inquiries by providing technical information, troubleshooting, and recommending solutions
  • Act as Customer Advocates, handle complaints related to product quality, and work closely with our Quality associates to support our customers through this process
  • Must have customer service experience
  • Salesforce experience is a plus, but training is provided
  • Phone etiquette is a plus
  • Knowledge Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel is a plus
