Goodwill Ecommerce Online Thrift Team Member

Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio is hiring associates for our eCommerce team at our Cleveland warehouse.

As part of Goodwill's eCommerce operation, you will be part of a fast-growing team dedicated to maximizing the value of our donations. Our team supports Goodwill's job skills training and employment services mission by identifying valuables and selling them online.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Photographing a wide variety of curated donated products using a company-provided cellphone
• Research products using Google and Google Lens to determine attributes to portray items properly
• Create eye-catching titles and accurate descriptions for online sales using Shopgoodwill.com and eBay
• Inventory Management
• Meet or exceeds daily productivity goals
• Foster and demonstrate a positive team environment
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Other duties as assigned

This position is full-time Monday - Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm with an amazing benefits package that includes:

Basic Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent required
• Primarily works in a warehouse setting
• Must be able to perform physical requirements of the position including but not limited to frequent standing, bilateral reach, and handling ability; constant fingering and pinch grip; requires the frequent ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.; may require shoulder height reaching with either hand or firm grasp; frequent bending; may squat; requires the frequent ability to push/pull less than 25 lbs.
• Basic PC proficiency preferred
