Role: Ecommerce Product Manager

Team Lead: Director of Ecommerce

You can expect to…

  • Define a product feature roadmap, manage the backlog and priorities
  • Do market and competitor research to help define the roadmap
  • Lead E-Commerce projects from discovery to launch phase
  • Partner with the brand/business teams, development agency and 3rd party vendors to identify, define and document detailed requirements for project scope and throughout the lifecycle
  • Perform risk assessments. Identify and evaluate alternative solutions
  • Incorporate performance and scalability acceptance criteria across platform functionality
  • Manage timeline of project and communicate with all stakeholders about project status, risks, change management, and requirements
  • Perform all QA and coordinate UAT with internal team members
  • Coordinate launch and deployment on live environment
  • Monitor performance and break points and develop approaches to address
  • Provide frequent and consolidated status of the project to executive stakeholders
  • Act as an authority and subject matter expert on ecommerce systems
  • Identify optimizations for processes and technology to accomplish Ecommerce goals

  • Strong communication skills, comfortable with presentations including to executives

To join our team you must have…

  • 3-5 years of experience as a product manager or customer experience related IT initiatives
  • Experience with agile methodology
  • KPI-driven thinking
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite and Atlassian suite
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus
  • Experience in both Back-End and Front-End technologies
  • Experience in system integrations and migrations

Salary and Benefits:

  • $115,000-$135,000
