Position Description
This position is frequently fast-paced and requires focus, accuracy, follow-through, and a high level of motivation and curiosity. While changing lanes into this industry is challenging, successful teammates in this role have tenacity for creative problem-solving and the resilient flexibility to maintain a daily state of constant learning and active selling. Within about 2-3 years, successful teammates will have developed a knowledge base that allows for a fluid selling process, allowing greater ability to recommend products and reliable alternatives to help professional customers with their electrical projects. This role requires being detail-oriented and quick-paced, as well as friendly and eager to assist. Successful Profile

The ideal candidate for this role might have previous sales experience with specialty retail businesses such as cell phone service providers, jewelry, mattress or electrical sales. They are enthusiastic about solving the needs of web customers in a professionally relatable and efficient manner. While being driven to achieve is important, a successful candidate must possess an intuitive street-smart intelligence to listen and then infer what customers are relating, and then ask direct questions to qualify the buyer and their needs. Basic Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills of listening and responding with intention
  • Able to write and describe problems in writing clearly
  • One-year successful sales experience
  • High school diploma
  • Detail-oriented
