Key responsibilities include: identifying training needs through evaluations and assessments, developing and implementing educational programs, delivering in-person and virtual training, monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness, staying current with industry trends, and collaborating with other departments to align training with organizational needs.
Candidates should have experience as an education and training manager or similar position, strong knowledge of adult learning principles, experience with e-learning development and delivery, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
