NETZSCH Premier Technologies, LLC is looking for an Electrical Assembler to work out of their Exton, PA facility. This position is part of the Operations team and will wire and troubleshoot a variety of machines used in very diverse industries. NETZSCH Premier Technologies is a leading manufacturer of milling, mixing, dispersing, and classifying equipment. Located in Exton, PA, NETZSCH Premier Technologies is the North American subsidiary of the globally operated group of NETZSCH companies. With an extensive list of machines and a variety of processing solutions, NETZSCH is renowned as the longest standing provider of horizontal bead mills, and as an innovator in the field of fine grinding and dispersing. Specific tasks may include:

• Read electrical control schematics
• Wire control panels and equipment in accordance with prints
• Read blueprints & interpret specifications and engineering instructions.
• Plan assembly procedures, following specifications.
• Test or assist in testing operation of completed product.
• Troubleshoot equipment in the workshop.

Successful candidates will have at least 5 years experience in a similar position. Associate’s degree or certificate or equivalent from two-year college or technical school a plus. In addition, candidates should have:

• Knowledge on the use of various machines and hand tools and measuring devices.
• The ability to efficiently manage time and work independently with minimal supervision.
• The ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and solve problems.
• basic computer knowledge. Familiar with basic PLC programming functions.
• Understanding of wiring requirements in a hazardous environment
• Able to wire and troubleshoot process instrumentation and motor wiring, VFD and PLC.
• Ability to travel occasionally to customer sites for equipment installations and troubleshooting.
