Work Schedule: 9/80 schedule. Off every other Friday. Schedule breakdown below.

First Week: 6:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday = 45 hour week.

Second Week:

6:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Wednesday = 27 hours

6:30 am to 3:00 pm, Thursday = 8 hours

Friday is an off day. = 35 hour week.

Up to $24 per hour depending on experience

Temp to permanent hire long term position. Full benefits once converted to permanent employee around 3 month mark. Medical, dental, vision, PTO vacation days, paid holidays, paid sick days etc.

Company is relocating to Oxnard in 2024 from Chatsworth. Company wants you to relocate to Oxnard work site if you accept this role.

You will be assembling small ignition devices for many applications using small hand tools. Possibly soldering, mechanical and electrical assembly, wire harnessing, etc.

Electromechanical assembler responsibilities below:

• Performs mechanical assembly and electronic assembly, associated tasks as directed by the Production Lead person in support of the manufacturing of ordnance devices. for electromechanical assembler job Chatsworth
• Operation of assembly equipment under close supervision. for electromechanical assembler job Chatsworth
• Pyrotechnic powder weighing and pressing. for electromechanical assembler job Chatsworth
• Meeting job completion schedules. for electromechanical assembler job Chatsworth
• Perform self-inspection of work performed. for electromechanical assembler job Chatsworth
• Accurate reporting of run times and quantities. for electromechanical assembler job Chatsworth

Physical Demands:

Sitting and standing 95 % walking 5%. Use of hands, fingers and arms to operate equipment or hand tools, ability to lift 20 pounds, ability to work with microscopes. Twenty-twenty or corrected vision and hearing is required.
