This position is responsible for carrying out the daily activities related to the administration of the employee relations function throughout the organization in support of the Clinic’s team culture, and to reinforce the critical values of the organization as they affect the employment of individuals at Kelsey-Seybold. Incumbent provides counsel and advice to management on a day-to-day basis related to employee relations activities and challenges,, prepares reports and analysis of employee relations activities, proactively identifies areas for management intervention as well as analyze employee relations issues and possible solutions, implement programs to increase employee satisfaction and assists with the preparation of regulatory reporting.

Job Type: Full Time

Salary Range: $69,205.60 to $90,832.35 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)


Qualifications


Education


Required: B.S. /B.B.A. in business administration with a focus on HR, or another complimentary core major


Experience


Required: 4 years of direct employee relations responsibility; policy interpretation and application, management consultation, and problem resolution


Preferred: Healthcare human resources preferred, or healthcare background


License(s)


Required: N/A


Preferred: PHR or SPHR certification, SHRM Certification


Special Skills


Required:In depth knowledge and ability to apply federal and state regulations regarding employment/labor relations, AAP, and EEOC charge response procedures


Other


Required: Ability to interact, influence, partner and gain the acceptance of managers in the organization. Ability to interpret technical and legal documents, processes, and organize multiple priorities. Highly focused, results oriented individual with exceptional ability to gain management support. Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, time-management, and facilitation skills Ability to competently utilize Microsoft Office software products and HRIS software. Presentation preparation and delivery experience.
