Job Title: Employee Transportation Driver


Reports To
: Member Services Director


Position Summary
: To effectively provide vehicle parking/transportation services to our employees in a friendly, courteous, timely manner and to preserve Mountaintop Standards.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Driver duties and responsibilities shall include but are not limited to:


  • Ensure that all employees are greeted promptly upon arrival into the shuttle vehicle.
  • Ensure safe transportation to and from employee housing, Ingles & Walmart, various airports & excursions in the surrounding area.
  • Must have complete knowledge of operating motor vehicles in a safe and appropriate manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of Club vehicle and inform supervisor of any repairs or maintenance needed.
  • Adhere to the shuttle schedule to ensure employees arrive to work on time.
  • Should be able to lift and handle equipment and items not to exceed 50lb at a time.
  • Possess good knowledge of Mountaintop including services and amenities offered to employees through the Club.
  • Knowledge and adherence to all uniform and grooming requirements as stated in the uniform section of policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge and adherence to all schedules, staff privileges, policies, and mandatory staff meetings.
  • Polite and courteous telephone conduct as it is a direct reflection of the club and should always be handled with the highest degree of professionalism.
  • Maintain effective channels of communication with the members, supervisors, managers, co-workers, guests, vendors, and all other business contacts.
  • Use equipment and materials in a safe and acceptable manner; follow common sense safety in all the job activities.
  • Conduct oneself in a manner reflecting credit to the Club and encourage other to do the same.
  • Interpret, learn, and respond to instructions for new situations, procedures, or methods.
  • Show daily ability to be at work at scheduled time, including being prepared to work on time after breaks, meal periods and other authorized absences from work.
  • Effectively present information and respond to questions from members, guests, employees, and managers.
  • Must be even tempered and team spirited.
