Requirements for Engineer:

• 3-5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing setting

• Superior attendance record

• Strong Leadership skills

• Improve quality, cost, and delivery using Six Sigma tools

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues

Responsibilities for Engineer:

• Specifies and acquires factory supplies that reduce costs and improve effectiveness

• Always looking to improve day to day processes

• Must understand OSHA regulations in regards to tooling, fixtures, and processes

• Installation

• Must be able to troubleshoot

• Must be able to read blueprints
