Department Summary:

Work with Program Manager for project development and manage the evaluation of a variety of factors to determine product configuration. Design and implement testing methodology, and prepare/maintain documentation. Coordinate activities for single focus groups. Responsible for setting group goals and evaluation of group performance against said goals. Engage in manager’s responsibilities requiring planning, evaluating, organizing, integrating, and controlling. Supervise staffing, conducting performance appraisals, training and developing subordinates, promotions, salary increases, terminations, disciplinary actions, and others.

Job requirements :
Requires Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field, plus 2 years of experience in job offered or as Engineer II, or a combination of Bachelor’s degree in same fields plus 5 years’ progressive, post-baccalaureate experience; or any suitable combination of education, training and/or work experience. Also requires 2 years of work experience with/using the following (which may have been gained concurrently):
- Read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
- Respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
- Write speeches and articles for publication that conforms to prescribed style and format.
- Present information to upper management, public groups, and/or board of directors.
Employment is contingent on successful completion of a pre-employment criminal background check, which may include a drug test.
