Middlesex Mechanical Services LLC is looking to immediately add a motivated entry level or newly licensed journeyman or an experienced helper/ apprentice to our team, we are mostly a residential HVAC company but we do some commercial work. This is a great position for a newly licensed tech or apprentice looking to have some more responsibility or gain more independence and learn how to do installs and service work. We are a small company with room for advancement in the future for the right person. This person should have or be willing to learn how to:

· Good attitude is a must, please leave any personal issues at home

· Good personal hygiene

· Doesn’t need to be on the cell phone all day

· Good communication skills

· Good organization skills

· Respect for all people in the work place

· Valid driver’s license is a must

· Own transportation to and from the shop

· Able to read a tape measure

· Able to lift 50lbs or more several times a day

· Able to work in hot and cold conditions

· Keep a neat and clean jobsite

· Sheet metal installation and or fabrication is a plus

· Boiler installs and service

· Furnace installs and service

· New construction custom homes

. Gas piping

· Indoor air quality

· AC cut in jobs

· Any task that is asked of you example: cleaning shop area, cleaning work vans, coffee run

· Ability to show up on time every day and be ready for work
