Job Summary:

This position of Account Manager is an entry-level professional position supporting customer account(s) and is responsible for resolving customer service issues, monitoring provider activity and assignments, negotiations of service rates, and ensuring service contract and customer expectations are meet or exceeded. This is not a sales position eligible for commissions.

The successful candidate will work at our Moorestown, NJ office (not a remote position).

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Heavy phones, data entry, update vendor, orders, schedule on Work Order Management computer platform.
  • Summarize, review, and communicate customer satisfaction and major issues to client(s) and management.
  • Collectively with manager, actively locate, monitor, measure, and manager provider performance.
  • Negotiate with vendors to meet or exceed gross margin target(s) and number of monthly work orders assigned.
  • Adhere to company/manager directives and perform tasks and duties as directed.
  • Follow up with clients and customers in a timely manner to resolve questions, issues, and/or complaints and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work M-F at our Moorestown, NJ office (not remote position).

Education/Experience:

  • High school graduate.
  • Experience in customer service, telemarketing or any other industry with heavy phone, customer contact, data entry, or selling experience desired.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products, heavy telephone and data entry.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Prolong period of using phone and speaking to customers and vendors.
