A well-established, Regional Property Management Company (MLP,LLC) is seeking a Full-Time Groundskeeper/Entry Level Maintenance Tech for The Edison at Wheat Ridge a 231 unit new apartment community located in Wheat Ridge, CO. Some examples of essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain appearance and maintenance of the community including daily trash detail, upkeep of grounds, amenities, building interiors, exteriors and other community areas.
- Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance repairs in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in the upkeep of pool maintenance including checking and maintaining pool chemical levels and cleaning of the pool.
- Assist in the timely completion of rent readies
- Adhere to and comply with company safety policies and rules
Qualifications:
- 1 year grounds, general maintenance or housekeeping experience preferred
- CPO Certification Preferred
- Must be available to be on-call as required
