A Bronxville tech company is looking to add to its growing team. For the last 25 years, TokenWorks has been investing in the growth and development of its technologies and its employees.

We are currently looking to add the right team member as a Product and Customer Support Technician. In this role, you will learn key skills needed to thrive both here and in your future endeavors.

The characteristics of our ideal candidate include:

  • Demonstrated history of self teaching.
  • Willingness to learn and step outside of the box. There will be continual opportunities to learn from the Sr. technical staff, and you’ll interact directly with the Founder and CEO.
  • An interest in Engineering or Computer Science. We have found that our best team members have a technical mindset, often demonstrated by a desire or actions toward receiving an Engineering or CS degree. We are excited to support the ideal candidate to achieve this goal.
  • A strong attention to detail. Willing to ask the right questions and ensure that the final result meets the specific needs of the customer.
  • Must enjoy troubleshooting and helping customers solve their technical issues. This role is very customer-centric and will require curiosity about the products, software, and customer use cases.
  • Must be good with your hands and enjoy taking things apart and putting them back together.
  • As a small team, you will have the opportunity to work in multiple departments. In this role you will engage with both hardware and software elements to prepare our products to ship to customers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work both independently, and within a team.
  • 0 - 1 Years of Experience.

Daily/Weekly details for Product and Customer Support Technician:

  • Office hours are 9AM - 5PM
  • Basic troubleshooting/support of our software on our customer’s computer and of our products both in-house and via remote software sessions.
  • Diagnosis and Repair equipment (We will train you)
  • Product Assembly – Includes coordinating with other employees to build up product(s)..
  • Document issues and solutions on company intra/extra net
  • You will interact directly with the founder and CEO.
