Trillium Technical is now seeking an Epic Ambulatory Analyst II. In this position, you will Support the implementation, adoption and support of Epic software and other applications and features.
Modules supported in this position are primarily Epic Ambulatory, with Cadence, Prelude and Resolute. Additional Experience with Lab Systems or Dental Systems would be a plus –Orchard Harvest or SunQuest, and Dentrix/Dexis in Dental. Experience with reporting is also a strong advantage.

• Independently manage work to resolve HelpDesk ticket requests in a timely manner, and manage implementation, enhancement and upgrade projects with clearly defined requirements and milestones
• Conduct regular meetings with clinic staff to review coming enhancements, choices to be made, impact on workflow, and provide support for decision making
• Design and implement workflows with representatives from clinical, operations or financial staff to ensure technology supports their business processes
• Test software implementations and enhancements independently and manage user acceptance testing
• Identify and escalate any issues/problems/delays that may adversely affect resolution or project delivery
• Prepare and maintain documentation, including analysis, design, choices, decisions, required processes, tip sheets and user guides
• Achieve in depth knowledge of Epic and integrated applications and stay current with new functionality and enhancements
• Act as liaison with all areas of the clinic using software applications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of information systems experience, preferably in healthcare and with Epic (or relevant operational experience)
• Epic Proficient, Credentialed or Certification
• Solid understanding of hospital or outpatient environment and operations
• Experience managing multiple, concurrent projects with a proven record of producing quality deliverables and completing projects on time using basic and intermediate project management tools and techniques
• Able to identify complex problems, their probable causes, their impact to operations, escalate to appropriate leadership, recommend an optimal course of action, and independently and/or collaboratively bring problems to complete resolution
• Ability understand and explain complex technical concepts in terms understandable to end-users
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to workflow design, issue escalation, and other projects that support business needs.
• Assure work assignments for team are completed in accordance with an established project timeline.
• Strong written communication skills, including project documentation and technical writing.
• Strong verbal communication skills while interacting with team members, end users and other departments throughout the organization.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated Team player; flexible, friendly, congenial and enthusiastic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Role requires being on-site, with some remote once fully oriented.
• Rotating ‘On Call’ at some point with stipend, this is not 7X24 facility.
