CBC/CTS is looking for a eQMS Specialist that manages, provides training on, and supports the organization in the application of the electronic QMS programs, systems, processes, and procedures. The eQMS Specialist also participates in the activities of and supports the Regulatory Affairs team through the monitoring, maintenance, and renewal of required licensure and qualifications.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Act as subject matter expert for the electronic QMS. Manage, train, support, and ensure full leverage of system capabilities. Field questions and provide internal support for user issues.
2. Position information to enable influencing non-Quality functional teams into changing work processes. Leveraging tool capabilities to influence changes to project management process.
3. Organize and manage users, groups, roles, attributes, and other aspects of the QMS.
4. Act as liaison between all functional teams to ensure appropriate document distribution to ensure SOPs are distributed only to those positions that require knowledge hence driving SOP system efficiency.
5. Leverage data analytic capabilities and work closely with QRA leadership team to enable continuous improvement and predictive analytics.
6. Use knowledge of the QMS to design and document quality improvement models and processes.
7. Perform all tasks assigned to QRA related to document control, including the creation and maintenance of the applicable standard operating procedures and the creation of tasks to signal training events when needed.
8. Create and execute training on the use of the QMS.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Greenbelt Six Sigma training/certification and experience with Minitab or similar statistical analysis software preferred.
  • Computer literacy and the ability to gain working knowledge of computer programs currently in use at CBC/CTS a must.
  • Must have ability to organize and keep accurate records.
  • Work requires continual attention to detail in creating and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks.
