The Client Service Team is a central point of contact and relationship manager for our clients. The CSR acts as a conduit between the client, our custodians, and the rest of the firm, providing escalation support, navigation, and helping to deliver real solutions. On a daily basis, the CSR oversees the clients' accounts and gets involved in all aspects of the clients business including, but not limited to: financing, margin, trade clearing and settlement, asset transfer, stock loan, basic reconciliation, and miscellaneous facilitation.
We are seeking a Director level professional to manage the Prime Client Service Team. The main responsibilities will be to oversee the daily responsibilities of the CSR's and to help drive a more Relationship Management mindset.

In this role, you will:
- Lead complex initiatives to sell securities to clients
- Conduct trades with broad impact, and act as key participant in developing, implementing, and monitoring risk based programs to recommend settlements and unique remediation solutions
- Review and analyze complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of the clients needs
- Make decisions for providing proactive communication and consultation requiring a sound understanding of client support to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor
- 5+ years of Securities Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Active FINRA Series 7, 63, and 24
- 5+ years experience with managing a team of Prime Brokerage Client Service Managers
- Experience supporting large Hedge Fund clients trading various strategies
- Product knowledge of CDS, Swaps, FX, Futures
- Knowledge of Hedge Fund Financing, Risk and Margin
- Strong, clear, and concise written and oral communication skills.
- Experience using business knowledge and critical thinking skills to deliver upstream and downstream project impacts.
- Ability to develop operational reporting and performing data analysis.
- Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
- Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas.
- The base salary range for this role in NY, NY is $275,000-$275,000
