The Fredericksburg Field House opened its doors in the fall of 2005. We offer leagues, camps, classes, clinics, and tournaments for youth and adults in soccer, flag football, volleyball, basketball, field hockey, lacrosse, corn hole, and other social sports. We also host birthday and team parties, corporate events, and other organized activities. The Fredericksburg Field House stands at 75,000 square feet and has 2 large turf fields (soccer and field hockey), 1 small turf field, 3 regulation volleyball courts, 1 basketball court, multiple party rooms, and an indoor batting cage. Our guests are encouraged to visit our fully stocked kitchen and concessions stand and lounge. We have up to 6 free-standing bounce houses for children of ages up to 12 years of age. For entertainment, we have 4 flat screen TV’s in the lounge and other TV’s throughout the building. For the best indoor sports - TAKE IT TO THE HOUSE!

The Fredericksburg Field House is accepting applications for ESports attendant. The Esports attendant is a highly motivated individual who will help in the routine operations for different esports events, birthday parties, and regular pay for play hours. This is a brand-new location that will offer esports club team activities, pay-for-play experiences, coaching services, and private events, featuring high-end gaming PCs, and consoles.

Responsibilities include:

Front Desk:

• Check-in customers and process payments.
• Being visually present and available for customers
• Assign customers to gaming stations
• PC/Console cleaning

Events:

• Running weekly gaming events and themed gaming nights
• Acting as tournament organizer for gaming tournaments
• Acting as a birthday party organizer for parties at the center

In-Center Support:

• Fix audio issues, connection issues, etc.
• General troubleshooting
• Hook up controllers
• Answer questions from gamers about different games
• Update game licenses when needed

Opening and Closing:

• Ensure all workstations have been wiped down and sanitized
• Empty trash throughout the center and other cleanings
• Turn off all lights and equipment
• Locking all doors and setting alarms

The ideal candidate has a passion for the world of gaming, knowledge of PC gaming and console platforms, and is willing to run gaming events and tournaments. Esports experience on a team is a plus. This position requires an individual who can work independently and is comfortable with a flexible work schedule.
