As our Resident Caregiver, you will be able to make significant contributions in the lives of our amazing residents by interacting and assisting them with daily activities. Our caregivers play an important role in our mission to provide the best care and quality of life possible for our seniors. We believe in a resident-centered approach to tailor the care and needs of each resident by supporting their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. We are seeking team members who can:

• effectively organizes, assembles and arranges resources to meet goals
• works well with others and displays a practical approach to solving problems
• displays trust, and mutual understanding with residents, families, and coworkers

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with dressing, grooming, toileting, bathing, meals
• Adhering to health and safety standards.
• Obtaining and recording resident weight, vitals, and other resident care needs as required.
• Assisting other departments such as life enrichment, housekeeping and dining service, as needed.

Hours: Evening 2pm-10pm

Shifts per week: Full Time 4-5 shifts, Part Time 2-3 shifts, or Weekends only option. Flexible Scheduling.

Pay: DOE, Negotiable

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of related work experience or training preferred.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Possess or ability to obtain all state required credentials and certifications, including CPR and First Aid.
• Ability to move up to 25 lbs. and assist in transferring residents weighing more than 100 lbs.
• Current HCA, CNA, or equivalent credential a plus (not required - we can provide training and classes)
