Event Coordinator Job at BC Technologies LLC
Currently looking for a Part Time Event Coordinator in the Los Fresno vicinity.
The event Coordinator will be a self-driven leader: a results-oriented, relationship-building, self-aware who also possesses a high degree of integrity and politeness, and who fosters trust by building relationships with tolerance, patience, and support.
Responsible for overseeing proper vendor installations : assist with showing and booking venue events. Responds to public inquiries or concerns about venue.

KEY FUNCTIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
Ability to work independently.
Capable of working with internal and external guests
Experience in coordinating large-scale events.
Manage event set up, tear down and follow-ups.
Establish standardized event procedures
Coordinate with vendors, guest during event planning
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Plans, assigns, schedules, Coordinates a variety of events, ceremonies, dedications,
etc., and ensures the conditions/environment is safe and reports accordingly.
Responsible for assisting with the booking, scheduling and demonstrating of event
center; attends events as needed.
Prepares and maintains accurate records of event reservations.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20,000.00 - $23,000.00 per year

- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Los Fresnos, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Events management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 4 years (Preferred)
