Event Marketer

We are looking for well spoken, energetic, and eager individuals to join the best event marketing team. If you want to learn new skills or start a career with unlimited opportunities then MR.FIX-IT™ home remodeling is the company for you! We are looking for enthusiastic brand ambassadors and event marketers to be the face of our company and promote our products and services! This challenging and fun job takes place at different retail locations, festivals, fairs, home and garden shows, and other community events throughout the area.

You will be communicating with potential customers to determine their home improvement needs and setting appointments for free in-home estimates for our sales consultants to meet with those customers in their home. The more leads you schedule the more money you make! If you are a self-motivated, outgoing individual, that loves interacting and talking to people this is the position for you!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Attend events, fairs, tradeshows, and festivals and act as the face of the company.
• Actively engage with the public to identify home improvement needs.
• Schedule free in-home estimates and receive bonuses for setting up appointments.
• Assist with setup, execution, and break down of events
• Thoroughly understand our products and services to answer questions and generate interest.
• Be a self-starter while working in a team environment.
• Have Fun and Smile!

What it takes to be successful:

• Reliable transportation.
• Outgoing personality/ Ability to drive a conversation.
• Sales, marketing experience beneficial, but not required.
• No direct selling is involved. This is a lead generation and marketing effort.
• Ability to Meet and Exceed Productivity and Performance Goals.
• Part-time 20-25 hours/week, must be available on Saturday and Sundays
