Job Summary
Summary: Event Set-Up is responsible preparing Concession spaces for all event functions in a timely, friendly and efficient manner in Levy’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand the scope of event and know how to complete set-up and take down.
- Set location in assigned area correctly and uniformly.
- Assist in setting up/breaking down other venues.
- Complete assigned tasks.
- Hours: Flexible; scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the client.
- Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
Job Requirements:
- Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
- Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
- Ability to stand during entire shift.
