Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: San Francisco, CA
Duration: 3 Months with extension
LOCAL Candidates to San Francisco Bay Area - hybrid, onsite at 1275 Market St, SF as needed for onsite meetings, client presentations etc
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be an organized self-starter with a minimum of 7 years of related executive level support experience at a fast-paced company
Candidate must be comfortable with managing complex assignments, multi-tasking and prioritization, meeting deadlines, and adapting to shifting priorities.
Other skills needed:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Expert with Outlook; Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and other office productivity tools
- Manage calendars and complex scheduling
- Coordinate meetings and conference calls, both internally and externally
- Plan team meetings and events
- Ability to effectively interact with senior leaders and contacts internally and externally
- Coordinate domestic and complex international travel arrangements
- Prepare expense reports
- Provide other general administrative support with little or no supervision
