If you are an experienced Executive Assistant/Office Manager who has demonstrated excellent organizational skills, the ability to go deep into subject matter and solve unanswered questions, then this is the role for you.
Based in Garden City, ID we are a fast-growing company with operations in nine different States. We are looking for an Executive Assistant who can tackle problems in operations, new location build-out, travel planning, marketing, etc. who has knowledge of large sales operations. Health Services is a dynamic group of companies that never rests on its laurels and is looking for the same in its employees.
Executive Assistant Job Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and answering or directing inquiries.
- Answering emails for our various stores up 100+ per day
- Managing business portals
- Running errands
- Approving orders
- Sending out monthly reports on the store locations
- Preparing reports by collecting and analyzing information in the Microsoft Office Suite of products, including but not limited to, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, and Outlook 365
- Maintaining customer confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential.
- Completing projects by assigning work to clerical staff and following up on results.
- Securing information by completing database backups.
- Providing historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems and recording meeting discussions.
- Maintaining office supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Ensuring operation of equipment in all the offices by arranging preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Compensation and Benefits:

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Three to five years of administrative experience
- Three to five years of executive assistant experience
- Experience managing multiple calendars
- Experience booking travel
