Executive Assistant to the President/CEO Job at BHcare Inc.

We’re seeking a dynamic administrative professional to provide executive-level support to our President/CEO. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, with exceptional attention to detail, who can maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Job Duties

  • Plans, coordinates, and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected. Provides "gatekeeper" and "gateway" roles, creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO's time and office.
  • Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep her well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities. Acts as a "barometer," having a sense of the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the CEO up-to-date and prepared.
  • Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO's office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with the executive management team.
  • Serves as the President's administrative liaison to the BHcare Board of Directors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least two years’ experience as an executive assistant.
  • Adaptability to new software and technology.
