Ultimately responsible for ensuring every guest receives timely and delicious cuisine, developing new recepies/menus and building your culinary team with management assistance.
- Ensuring our team is “set up for success” for every shift
- Advertising, interviewing, staffing, hiring, employee management, and training.
- Maintaining accurate, proper documentation for all employees
- Reporting and overall operations
- Establishing proper budgeting
- Utilizing social media for special events and promotions
Salary: 40,000 to 60,000 annualy, based on experience
